Yeah, we know that this month's '3rd Friday' is actually on the second friday of the month.  It's a long story, it involves scheduling, and hopefully bringing you awesome music for this friday (and the next!) makes it up to all you decent folks.

Here's what's on the menu.  It's certainly tasty.

Vibonics - Toronto - Funk/Rock/Hip-hop.
  Fusing elements of hip-hop and R&B with indie rock and funk, the six-piece band blends a range of styles seamlessly into their signature flow, captured perfectly on their debut EP.   "Each member has a unique and multi-faceted love of music that blends together to create a unique soundscape not often heard today"

Zoo Legacy - Ottawa - Indie/Rock/Hip-hop.

  Zoo Legacy’s unique mash-up is neither rappers making rock nor rockers making rap.  "The multi-striped mammal that is rap/rock/genrebender band Zoo Legacy dances to a very different drummer. Mashing up everything rock, rap and in between, this four-piece falls well outside the limits of most local scenes"
