There's a good man who lives down the street and frequents are fine establishment many nights. His name is Jesse Mackay, and he's just generally a cool dude. Emphasis on the 'dude' part.
He used to play in a great band called Matinee Slim & the Ultralight Orchestra, which was a favourite of Jeff our bar manager's.
He's got a new project now, called Fishook, who are just starting out, so unfortunately they don't have any samples to share with you guys. With that being said, take our word for it, if Jesse Mackay's involved, they are going to be a lot of fun.
In between sets, and after the show, DJ OH16 will be carting down his crate of funky soul vinyl's to keep you dancing all night long. Should be a good one.
