KC Roberts & The Live Revolution (KCLR) has had a busy couple of years, having shared the stage with such internationally acclaimed acts such as, Lettuce, Lee Fields, Mix Master Mike, DJ Z-trip, DJ Q-bert, Spectrum Road, Five Alarm Funk, and Blue King Brown. An ever-growing base of fans is discovering their rich catalog of original material, and experiencing their exuberant live shows. TD Toronto Jazz Festival Artistic Director, Josh Grossman called KCLR “scary good…a blast to hear and just as fun to watch.” In September 2013, NOW Magazine listed KCLR as one of Toronto’s 10 Local Bands Set to Break Big. KCLR is currently enjoying the success of their fourth record, Parkdale Funk 2: SIDES (PDF2), a double LP which features over two hours of music and 40 guest musicians.  Upon hearing PDF2, CBC Radio’s Errol Nazareth said that “I dug every track!”  Exclaim! Magazine praised PDF2’s “infectious, rhythmically virtuosic brand of funk [and] seamless detours into hip-hop, rock, drum & bass, reggae, Afro-beat and folk.”  2015 will bring more new music and KCLR's first West Coast tour.
